SSL is included for free - meaning you will see that padlock icon for your website. For websites taking payments, this is essential. Yet any website should be using a valid SSL certificate as Google has now confirmed this is a factor in their search engine results pages.

Including hosting with our packages was a conscious decision made in order to help bundle all your needs into one monthly package. Less stress means more time to grow.

This is totally relative to your support needs and your budget.

If you are looking to re-design your current website or haven't got one yet, we can create one for you when you are on Grow or Boost plans.

Grow is our most popular package which allows you to request tasks as well as web development. E.g. installing plugins, creating brand new pages, adding new features such as memberships or even a re-designed website.

Boost is our most "hands-on" support package and includes marketing strategies. Let's boost your websites SEO, visitors and conversions. Things are about to take off.

Lite is perfect for you if you're simply looking for super-fast hosting and keeping your website up to date. You'll get a monthly report with all the updates performed and an overview of your website.

Maintain builds on the Lite package by adding tasks. You can request fixes, content changes to existing web pages and tasks that keep your website content fresh. E.g. updating about page, fixing broken pages, update or menu links or adding a new blog post for you.

When you complete your order, we will be in touch and provide you with the next steps (depending on your package). 

If you are on Maintain or above, we will also set you up with your personal project board. 

Tasks & website design are all managed through your project board.

We are available Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.

Tasks are easily added to your project board, you can even download the project app to make things even easier.

We have included some template tasks as examples to help get you started.

The most successful customers provide clear and detailed information with their tasks - this helps prevent back and forth and any delay on tasks. You can upload screenshots, files and more with every task.

Even those who aren't very tech savvy have found the process simple!

We instantly get notified when you add a new task. Most tasks are completed within 1-2 working days.

Your account manager will be in touch if we require more information from you first. For more complex tasks, this obviously may take a little longer, but we will always let you know if this is the case.

There isn't a definitive answer for this one, but we can offer a guide for reference.

We 'typically' complete a website within 6 weeks. We have completed some site in as little as 2 weeks and some have taken 3+ months.

Some factors to consider:

• Scale of the project.
• Complexity.
• Custom features.
• How quickly can you provide your content? I.e. graphics/stock photography, copyright etc.
• Would you like a few design versions for you to decide on?
• How clear your brief is.
• The branding and direction we have from yourself.

Our website are custom built. We don't use off-the shelf templates that you could simply do yourself.

We do not create website content e.g. copyright, graphics, imagery.

However, if you are on our Boost plan we advise and review the structure and content that should be included to align with your business goals.

We provide suggestions and insight to what works and what doesn't. This is where our expertise comes into action!

We can always point you in the right direction for stock photography or content writer requirements.

Upon request, we can also do logo design. Just drop us a message!

All our plans include access to your customer portal where you can manage your subscriptions, upgrade/downgrade, update card details or cancel your plan.
