Meet the client

Kisses & Brows by Kayleigh Barry, located at Haus of Brows in Newport Market, specialises in the latest Lip and Ombré Brow services.

Project Details

Kayleigh approached EMBARK with the challenge of streamlining her service-based business. Previously, she managed client information and sales through Instagram DMs and manually added bookings to a calendar—a process that consumed a significant amount of time and left room for errors. Kayleigh needed a professional online presence and an efficient system for handling appointments and payments to better manage her growing client base.

Challenges

Without an existing platform, we needed to start from scratch, requiring an in-depth understanding of the business's operations and customer journey. This comprehensive understanding was crucial for developing a solution that would not only streamline booking and payment processes but also provide valuable insights into business performance. The challenge was to create a seamless, user-friendly system that integrated all aspects of the business while driving sales and bookings.

Process

We developed a modern and vibrant booking and appointment website for Kisses & Brows. The new platform allows clients to book services, select suitable dates and times, and pay 50% deposits online to reduce no-shows and cancellations. Clients can create accounts to manage their bookings, engage in live chats with Kayleigh, and easily add appointments to their calendars via QR codes. They can also get directions to the business via Google Maps. On the backend, Kayleigh can manage her appointments through a bespoke client calendar, track sales revenue, hours worked, new customers, and total appointments within a specified time range. The site also features PayPal integration for both deposits and full payments, offering clients a secure and convenient payment method.
