Pulse Plastics Limited is an innovative UK-based independent specialist plastic solutions provider.

Project Details

Pulse Plastics were looking to review their existing website and marketing strategies. The company has built its reputation on providing high-quality steel coil edge protection products and its innovative plastic reprocessing services. The new Pulse Plastics website would need to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads. Pulse Plastics challenged EMBARK to redesign the website, effectively communicating their core service offerings to its target audience and improve lead gen.

Challenges

The website's traffic had been virtually non-existent. In effect, the website had no real value to the company.

The first challenge was that there wasn't any substantial data to work with. Low traffic, low leads and low search engine rankings meant that we were working from a blank canvas. For us, this was an exciting challenge - it just emphasised the need for market research and planning to guide the strategy for the new website.

Our Discovery Phase was crucial, as always. It provided EMBARK and the Pulse Plastics team with insight into what their audience is looking for most - and how best to engage them. It puts the entire project on a clear and defined path to success. We're not designing the website mindlessly. Our strategic approach from the outset ensures a methodical website build.

A complete website audit, competitor analysis and keyword research phase crafted a plan to grow website traffic and harness new leads.

As a result, Pulse Plastics has gained further connections with companies in Sweden, the UK, the USA, and India. EMBARK continues to work with Pulse Plastics with SEO, content marketing, social media and website maintenance at the heart of our service package.
